He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Burks and Mildred Burks (Matheson); and his brother Grant. He is survived by: his sisters, Joan Martin and Janet Campbell; his sons, Dean and Curtis; his daughters-in-law, Darlene and Barb; and his grandchildren, Michael and Stephanie.
