He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Plaskett Fraser and Dorothy Fraser (Johnson); his wife Ellen (Stevens); and his grandparents, George Johnston and Annie Josephine Fraser.

He is survived by: his children, Glen, Lee (Mark), Robynne (Jon) and Tanya; and his grandsons, Matthew and Duncan.
