He was predeceased by: his parents, Alois and Kate. He is survived by: his children, Bobby Joe "BJ" Moore, Derrick Moore (April) and Shannon Cook (Warren); his stepson Colin Moore; his grandchildren, Rebecca, Tristian, Stephanie and Brock; and his brothers, John, Dave (Gill), Fred (Lilia) and Paul (Mavis). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, friends.
