Van Yperen Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Van Yperen of Oliver, British Columbia, who passed away on March 29, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Van is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Van's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dirk Yperen and Marie Van Yperen; and his sister Thea Salomé Van Yperen. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Van Yperen (Liz); and his children, Rodney Van Yperen (Carmen), Kenneth Van Yperen (Krista) and Wilma Ridley. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
