It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert James Lawes (Oliver, British Columbia), born in Princeton, British Columbia, who passed away on December 23, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Carole; his children, Jamie, Alan (Tanya) and Murray; his grandchildren, Amika, Sydney and Quinn; and his siblings, Betty Johnston (late Roy) and Steven (Shelagh). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
