She was predeceased by: her husband Elvino Ferreira Avila; her parents, Manuel Inacio Silva and Maria De Carmo Pires; and her siblings, Antonio Fernando Silva and Georgina Jesus Machado.
She is survived by: her children, Zelia (Jose), Paul (Nicole) and Roy (Jillian); her brother Manuel (Maria); and her grandchildren, Jessica, Steven, Jeffrey, Jeremy, Ellissa, Megan, Jordan, Samuel, Madison and Benjamin.
