Florence Myrtle Bates Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 3, 2022, at the age of 97, Florence Myrtle Bates (Oliver, British Columbia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, James Bates (Corinne), Donald Bates and Lynda Zimmer (Mike); her brother-in-law Alex Popoff; her close friend Wallace Bates (Wally); her children, Richard Bates and Margaret Bates; and her mother Stop. She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and amazing old and new friends.
