She was predeceased by: her parents, Della Rose (Tilton) and William Haven Saxton; her grandfather George Wesley; her husband Frank Cox; and her daughter Mary Meckler.

She is survived by: her son Clifford Cox (Gail); her son-in-law Craig Tulak (Teri); and her grandchildren, Jeremy Meckler (Jillian), Melissa Peddie (Ashley), Josh, Jeremiah, Ezra, Peter, Adam Cox, Trevor Fernell and Mary Cox. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
