He is survived by: his wife Alice; his daughters, Deborah (John) and Jacqueline (Mark); his sister Carol Sessions; his nephews, Martin and Andrew; his stepchildren, Kirk (Louise), Mark (Karen), Jacquelyn (Joe) and Laurel (Davinder); his grandchildren, Philippe, Celestine, Steven, Emily, Evan and Luca; and his great grandchild Olivier.
