He was predeceased by: his parents, William Nunweiler and Lucille; his sister Eileen Lyons; his brother-in-law Albert Perozuk; and his grandson Jacob Lacoucier.
He is survived by: his daughters, Shannon Nunweiler and Kathy Jung (Andre); his siblings, Ken Nunweiler (Linda), Jennifer Perozuk and Debra Pohl (Bob); his stepson Brent Redenbach (Rae); his brother-in-law Gary Lyons; his nieces and nephews, Brad Lyons (Vickie), Michelle Lyons (Jason), Danny Pohl (Lyneve) and Dale Pohl; and his grandchildren, Chloe, Johannes, Kinkade, Cory, Kyra, Alishea, Braye and Teesha. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Oliver Municipal Cemetery (1068 Rockcliffe Rd, Oliver, BC V0H1T6). A memorial service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (412 Skagit Ave, Oliver, BC V0H1T9).
