He is survived by: his wife Bonnie (Nee Sturgess); his close friends, Gerry and Gretchen Mounce; his godsons, Richard (Heather), Mike (Danielle), Christopher (Shelby) and Brad; and his close friends, Bruce and Marian Walker.
