He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Schaffrick and Alice Schaffrick; and his brother Erwin (Richard). He is survived by: his wife Jill; his daughter Sheri Hamilton (Vic); his grandchildren, Sophie and Fynn; his daughter Susan Schaffrick; his grandson Travis; his sons, Steve Schaffrick and Scott Schaffrick (Joanne); his grandsons, Jackson and Ryder; his siblings, Harry (Janice), Margret Lewis and Newcastle; and his sister-in-law Donna Hazell Salmon Arm (Gary).
