It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa Metanczuk (North Vancouver, British Columbia), who passed away on October 8, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Emil; her son George; and her granddaughter Lindsay. She is survived by: her children, Dan (Louise), Robert, Mark (Cathy) and Tatianna (Paul); her grandchildren, Leslie, Drew, Danielle (Craig), Leah (John), Kerry (Paul), Kristin, Matthew, Katelyn, Carson, Mark, Garrett, Haley, Carter, Theresa and Josephine; and her significant other Rudy.
The family requests donations to the Alzheimer's Society in Lieu of flowers.
