He was predeceased by: his son Jeffery. He is survived by: his wife Lee Clippingdale; and his sons, David and Michael. He is also survived by daughters-in-law; 5 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; many adoring nieces and nephews; and by Lee's loving children and grandchildren.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Syd's name to that wonderful facility.
