He was predeceased by: his sons, Shane, Colin and Blair. He is survived by: his spouse Susan; his grandson Julian; his father Jack; and his brothers, Robert, Terence, Kevin, Lawrence, Douglas and John. He is also survived by many friends and relatives, especially by Sue and his children.
