She was predeceased by: her husband Patrick Way. She is survived by: her sons, Lewis (Jennifer), Stan (Deborah) and Mark (Nicole); her sister Phyl (Lorraine); her grandchildren, Olivia, Roman, Natasha, Thomas and Paul; her former husband Matt; her stepsons, Dave (Julia) and Brian (Toni); her stepgrandchildren, Felix, Maya, Ryan and Cameron; and also Irene.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Pacific Parkinson's Research Institute or the BC Cancer Foundation in her honor.
