“I remember Lothar during his days on Savary Island. He was quite a character, he would walk his dog in the winter wearing nothing but his boots and shorts. He had a very pessimistic view of humanity, which I have come to share. He told lots of funny stories from his time in the luftwaffe. I will remember him fondly, goodbye dear neighbour. - Ken palfrey.”
