John Paulette wrote a sympathy message

“We were Johnny's neighbours for about 15 years at Desert Shadows. Johnny was quite a character and we marveled at his spirit and energy playing tennis, swimming, and riding his bike, not to mention the almost daily washing and attention to that old Caddy. Although we knew he had been ill for the past few years and the long-term was not looking good, we were nevertheless surprised when we heard the news. We're very sorry to hear of his passing and give all of you our sincere condolences. DSRV #70”
