She was predeceased by: her husband Jesse Cove. She is survived by: her sons, Graham (Jennifer) and Chris (Paula); her grandchildren, Camden, Louise, Spencer and Olive; and her siblings, James Mowat (Isobel) and Jean (William).
Benita was the only one allowed to visit her during the worst of the pandemic, which was a blessing.
In lieu of flowers, friends are invited to donate to The Alzheimer Society of British Columbia in mum's memory.
