With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Olive Cleveland (North Vancouver, British Columbia), who passed away on September 4, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Mary Vosburgh; her husband Ron; her children, Delphia and Ward; and her grandchildren, Ross and Tessa.

Sadly she suffered from Alzheimer's in her later years, but talking about her cats would always bring a happy smile to her face.
