He was predeceased by: his sons, John (Nolleke) and Alex (Liz). He is survived by: his grandchildren, Renee (Pep), Mike (Jen), Leigh-Anne (David), David (Christi) and Heather (Sam); and his great grandchildren, Gavin, Cooper and Sarah.
