It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria Melo Branco (New Westminster, British Columbia), who passed away on December 15, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Luis Branco; her brother Manuel Botelho; and her parents, Beatriz Botelho and Joao Botelho. She is survived by: her children, Deborah and Luis (Kathy); and her granddaughters, Amaya, Zaida and Iylah. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
