It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Mary Hall (New Westminster, British Columbia), who passed away on February 26, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard and Lilly; and her siblings, Bill and Margaret. She is survived by: her siblings, Vera, Patricia and Les (Audrey). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
