She was predeceased by: her husband Walter James Elder; her parents, Alma Smaback and Norman Smaback; and her sister Norma. She is survived by: her daughters, Jocelyn (Don) and Nadine (Alan); and her grandsons, Brett and Sean. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
