It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David M. Bissett of New Westminster, British Columbia, born in Victoria, British Columbia, who passed away on September 27, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though David may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

He was predeceased by: his significant other Dan Martin; his parents, Duncan and Patricia; his brothers, Ken and Don; and his sister-in-law Ann.

He is survived by: his siblings, Barry (Connie), Brian, Rick (Lynn), Sharon (Geoff) and Cheryl (Kevin). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and long time friends.
