Sonja Freno Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 26, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Sonja Freno formerly of Nelson, British Columbia. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Sonja Freno to show support.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hans Jansrud and Hedvig Jansrud of Norway; her husband Louis William Freno (Bill); her children, Bill Jr. and Catherine; and her sister Esther.

She is survived by: her friends, Mary Finnie and Yvonne Hickey; her children, Penny, Lorri, Bernadette and Chris; and her close friends, Debbie and Amy. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

A private family service (due to Covid) will be held at The Cathedral of Mary Immaculate on Saturday October 17.
