She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald; and her son Spence Cox. She is survived by: her daughters, Vivian Postlethwaite (David) of Nelson, Ronda Houlind (Ken) of Boundary Region and Karen Smart (Charles) of Maple Ridge; and her daughter-in-law Sandy Cox of Nelson. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Nelson Branch of the Canadian Legion, CNIB, or Jubilee Manor would honour her memory.
