He is survived by: his wife Kathy Watkis Bayer; his brother Peter Bayer (Betty); his siblings-in-law, Susan Slemko (Randy) and Ken Watkis (Debbie); his nephews, Jonathan Bayer and Christopher Tomm; and his niece Kaylee Tomm. He is also survived by extended family in Austria and many friends.
