She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Allen and Patricia Allen; and her brother Keith Allen. She is survived by: her husband Gerald Rotering; her children, Dawn Rodgers, Russell J. (Jill) and Keith (Naoko); and her siblings, Tim and Jacqui. She is also survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces and extended family.
