He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Bastow and John Bastow; and his sister-in-law Rebecca Liechtensteiner. He is survived by: his sister Nicky Collins (John) of Boston; his daughter Nadine Ramelb of Maui; his stepsons, Aaron Jordan of Vancouver and Ishi Jordan; his grandchildren, Cyrus Jordan, Willow Amara and Nalani Rein; and his wife Gretchen. He is also survived by three Great grandchildren.
