She was predeceased by: her husband John DeJong; and her sisters, Ann Gabor, Marie Catenacci and Josephine Catenacci (Jo). She is survived by: her children, Terry (Lisa), Randy (Kelly), Chris and Carolyn DeJong; and her siblings, Fran (Buck), Bernadine (Fred) and Jack (Norine). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Kootenay Lake Hospital in Nelson, the BC Lung Association or the S.P.C.A Service Schedule Private service arrangements have been made. Memorial Gifts The family has not designated a preferred charity at this time.
