She is survived by: her husband Henry Zukowski; her children, Cameron (Donna), Debbie (Gary) and Michelle (Curtis); her grandchildren, Shawn, Tara, Aaron, Bradley, Renee, Matthew and Cassie; her great grandchildren, Chase, Cade, Brooklyn, Zoey, Tye, Abby, Jasmine and Issac; her sister Anita; and her family Debbie.
