It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Smith of Nelson, British Columbia, born in Stratford, Ontario, who passed away on September 26, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary and George; and his brother John. He is survived by: his close friend Sarah Popoff; his brother Kenneth James Smith of Calgary, AB.; his son Delaney Smith; and his nephew Alain Smith (Genie).
