She was predeceased by: her husband Guan Wing Chuck. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Jay (Tim), Vicky Wang (Alex) and Lori Liang (Ken); her granddaughters, Jennifer, Jessica, Noelle and Rachel; and her great grandchild Adriana.
