Eleanor Chambers Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eleanor Chambers (Nelson, British Columbia), who passed away on November 16, 2024 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosina Vecchio and Giovanni Vecchio; her siblings, Battiste, Jim, Joe Vecchio and Marion Maglio; and her daughter-in-law Janine Chambers.

She is survived by: her husband Jack (Jack); her sister Sue Gelinas; her sons, Jack Jr. (Lynn), Jim and Ken (Cindy); her grandsons, Michael (Lydia), Dan (Lareena), Chris (Carlie), Jason (Kim) and Ken (Beth); and her great grandchildren, Alice, Chloe, Nolan and Ryan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
