It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Doris Hartley of Nelson, British Columbia, born in Irma, Alberta, who passed away on November 25, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Roy Shotts and Eliza Shotts (Riddell); her husband John McKellar Hartley (Ian); her children, Karen Walker, Kathy Hartley, Glenda Hartley, Gayll Morrison and Tom Hartley; and her sister Margaret Clifford. She was also cherished by 5 grand-children and 2 great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations in lieu of flowers can be made to Doris' favorite charity, the Nature Conservancy of Canada.
