He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Girling and Julia Girling; and his granddaughter Lilly. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Girling; his sons, Mark Girling (Debbie) of Manteno, IL, Russell Girling of Calgary, AB and Keith Girling of Nelson, BC.; his siblings, Doreen Taube (Ernest) of Calgary, AB and Dale Girling (Marlynne) of Calgary, AB; and his granddaughters, Autumn, Grace, Olivia and April. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
