He was predeceased by: his uncle Allan Pohl; and his grandfather Karl Broz. He is survived by: his significant other Ellen MacDonald; his parents, Roger Magarian and Jeanette Magarian; his sister Emma Magarian (John Phillips); and also, Bobby, Kathy MacDonald, Melissa, Justin, Erin and Derek.
