He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Maxwell and Harry Maxwell; his sister Paula Belton; and his brother-in-law Ron Belton. He is survived by: his wife Lorna; his children, David and Lindsay (Trevor); his grandsons, Mason and Hayden; his sister Lynne (Peter); and his nieces and nephews, Kimberley (David), Maura (Ben), Beth (Randy), Ian (Ellen) and Warren (Laura).
Additionally, Art served on the Board of BC School Sports, and locally as a Director on the Board at Granite Pointe Golf Club where he made significant contributions to the development of youth sports programs locally and across the province.
