He is survived by: his wife Joyce Blackburn; his children, Mark Blackburn (Janet) of Albany, Sandra Strate (Bob) of Kamloops, BC, Lee Blackburn of Nelson, BC and Brad Blackburn (Brenda) of Kamloops; his grandchildren, John Blackburn (Anna Christina), Alanna Blackburn (Sergio), Bailey Blackburn (Eric), Justin Strate (Stephanie), Kyra Blackburn, Roz Welder (Brad), Robert Berard, Ashley Salle (Trevor) and Markie Blackburn; his great grandchildren, Cam, Clairesse, Jeremy, Corey, Tessa, Weston, John, Alexandra and Eva; his siblings, Madeline Blackburn (Helen), Teresa Shields, Leon Thew, John Blackburn (Rose) and Gaiten Lemoges (Eugene); and his son-in-law Bob Strate.
