He was predeceased by: his siblings, Lorna Western, Jessie Swain (Marion) of Utah, Sharon Williams of Raymond, AB, Carol Liberty (Laurie) of Ottawa and LeRon Low of Coaldale, AB..
He is survived by: his wife Barbara of Nanoose Bay; his children, Cecilia Low (Barrie Wright) of Calgary, AB, Sarah Low (Richard Parr) of Vashon Island, WA, Kelsey Low (Christopher Paiz) of Sugar Land and Peter Low (Mia Perry) of Glasgow; his brothers, Ken Low (Janice Low) of Calgary and Eric Low of Lethbridge; his siblings-in-law, Jeanne Low of Coaldale, AB and Laurie Liberty (Mary Margaret) of Ottawa; and also Scotland. He is also survived by seven grandchildren (Cecil, Michael, Zachary, Josh, Aaron, Eddie, and Keziah); and many dear nephews, nieces, cousins.
