He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Elizabeth Church; his children, Richard (Janice) and Victoria (Andrew Bishop); his grandchildren, Clara, Serena, Oliver Moore, Rebecca, Matthew and Peter Bishop; and also, Roderick 'Rod Church (Francie), Beverly 'Bev' and Patricia 'Pat Church. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
