He is survived by: his wife Jerri; his stepchildren, Chris (Elizabeth), Stacey, Wes (Natasha), Kelsey (Caleb), Curtis (Chrissy) and Kyley; his siblings, Henry (Linda) and Annette (Dan); his sisters-in-law, Linda, Pat and Sandy (Al); and also Mike. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
