It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vreny Lauzon of Nanaimo, British Columbia, who passed away on October 23, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Tony Lauzon; her parents, Anton Zellweger and Annie Zellweger; and her siblings-in-law, Darlene Lauzon, Bonnie Lauzon, Joe Chetley and Ivan Lauzon.
She is survived by: her husband Romeo Lauzon of Nanaimo, BC; her children, Tina Pikowicz (Blake) of Fort Kent, AB, Shane Lauzon (Heather) of Duncan, BC and Celine Bittante (Michael) of Calgary, AB; her grandchildren, Donovan Reynolds (Gabrielle) of Bonnyville, AB, Danielle Huntley (Troy) of Edson, AB, Walker Pikowicz of Fort Kent, AB, Alexis Davie (Blaze) of Yorkton, SK, Danaca Lauzon, Jayda Lauzon, Cayle Lauzon of Duncan, BC, Aiden Kopec and Austin Kopec of Calgary, AB; her great grandchildren, Ebany, Kye Huntley, Corbin and Colter Davie; and her siblings, Andre Zellweger (Patricia) of Camrose, AB, Max Zellweger (Lorna) of Forestburg, AB, Daisy Fraser (Peter) of St. Paul, AB and Ursula Chetley of Bruderheim, AB. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews & other relatives.
