She was predeceased by: her parents, James Patrick Miley and Dorothy Emily Miley; and her husband Irvin Robert Cecil. She is survived by: her children, Robert, James, Cynthia and Sandra Cecil; and her grandchildren, Christian, Andrew, Bryce, Breanne, Patrick, Wesley, Caroline and Coco. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren, as well as many cousins and devoted friends.
