She is survived by: her husband Tomas Hosak; her children, Monika (Ted) and Tomas (Elaine); her grandchildren, Nicholas, Samantha, Kodi, Brad (Chantel) and Jennifer (Drew); her great grandchildren, Autumn, Austin and Jayden; and her brother Ladislav.
