He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael and Jean; and his siblings, Peter, Russell, Celia and Margaret.

He is survived by: his wife Gladys Prysiazniuk (Yee); his daughters, Brenda Hanrahan (Joe) of Campbell River and Nancy Phillips (Wendell) of Vancouver; and his siblings, Shirley, Nettie, Hellar (Shirley), Vicky, Jeanette (Ricky) and Ken (Janice).
