With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Irene (Toffan) Neil (Nanaimo, British Columbia), who passed away on December 29, 2018 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Ray Neil; her children, Kim Weaver (Rob) and Scott Neil (Denise); and her grandchildren, Zoey (Evan) and Luke Weaver. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
