We bid farewell to Shirley Eileen McGrath (Nanaimo, British Columbia), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 28, 2025 at the age of 74. Shirley Eileen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Shirley Eileen may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Shirley Eileen touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She is survived by: her daughters, Crystal Ross (Kevin) and Cherie Ross; her grandson Carter Ross; and her siblings, John (Bernie), Norm (Pat), Cheryl Mackie (Bob) and Jean Deary (Clive). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
