She was predeceased by: her parents, Doris Gibbons and Harry Gibbons; her brother Bobby; her former husband Earl Montgomery, Jr.; her husband George Thompson Drummond-Hay (Drum); her grandson Jason Peskanovich of Cedar, BC; her son-in-law Robert Harbaugh of Texas; and her stepson Charles Drummond-Hay of California.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Montgomery (John Lepage) of Nanaimo, Celia Montgomery (Paul Smith), Michela Montgomery (Paul Peskanovich) of Cedar, BC and Deborah Harbaugh of Texas; her stepchildren, Sandra Stephens (Rick) of Lantzville, BC, Eric Drummond-Hay (Mary) of Seattle, Leslie Drummond-Hay (Frank Sharp) and John Dillon (Yelena Wells) of California; her grandchildren, Tyler Harder, Heather Montgomery of Vancouver and Jeff Peskanovich (Jamie Manuel) of Cedar, BC; and her great grandchildren, Holly Godard, Kai and Lia Harder.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sands Funeral Chapel (1 Newcastle Ave, Nanaimo, BC V9S4H6). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
